As the Founder of YouRevolution, I believe that we all have unlimited potential for growth and change, when we know how. Having spent 16+ years as leading people functions, I am familiar with the intricacies of change that your career journey will bring.

Welcome to YouRevolution, I'm Janine, with a degree in Psychology and qualifications as a Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor and Yoga Tranining, I combine expertise in human behaviour with practical strategies for physical well-being.
My mission is to empower parents to prioritise their health without compromising their responsibilities. I understand the challenges of juggling family life, work, and personal care, and I’m here to help you strike the perfect balance.
Whether it’s through tailored fitness plans, nutritional guidance, or mindset coaching, I focus on creating meaningful, sustainable impact via my momentum coaching programme.
