Co-Founder, Coach & Personal Trainer

Welcome to YouRevolution, I'm Janine, with a degree in Psychology and qualifications as a Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor and Yoga Teacher, I combine expertise in human behaviour with practical strategies for physical well-being.
 

My mission is to empower parents to prioritise their health without compromising their responsibilities. I understand the challenges of juggling family life, work, and personal care, and I’m here to help you strike the perfect balance. 

 

Whether it’s through tailored fitness plans, nutritional guidance, or mindset coaching, I focus on creating meaningful, sustainable impact via my momentum coaching programme. Together, we’ll work to build a healthier, more energised version of you—so you can thrive in all the important places in your life, most importantly, your family!

"Janine is a really inspiring person to be around and as someone that lacked motivation with exercising it was nice to have the nudge of encouragement but also the understanding that it wasn't always the top of my to do list, I always enjoyed my sessions and janine always pushed me harder than I thought I was capable of, even now when I go to classes on my own I can still hear her voice telling me to go for one more rep lol!!

 

Janine had also gave me a plan for doing things in my own time as well as 1 2 1 sessions and a guide of how many steps I should have been doing which is all something I've tried to continue in my own day to day life!! Janine was always so reliable and relatable in our sessions and so supportive and encouraging!"
